When you travel the world you will be exposed to several different surroundings. It is important to be aware of it make sure are at good health through all the time while you travel.
In order to face this problem, we have connected a Nordic Thingy52 Sensor to one of our raspberry pis through Bluetooth. The device is chargeable and therefore you do not need to be connected to any wires! We have attached the sensor to a rubber band that you can easily put on and remove from your waist. Never forget to track your surroundings!
The data the sensor collects is sent to our app and the smashing dashboard, as shown below.
You may have experienced a headache while traveling. This can be caused by a high CO2 concentration level. Regarding Kane.co.uk a CO2 concentration above 2000 ppm can cause “Headaches, sleepiness and stagnant, stale, stuffy air. Poor concentration, loss of attention, increased heart rate and slight nausea may also be present”. Our Nordic Thingy52 sensor has a build in CO2 concentration measurement. Through or smashing dashboard you will always be able to track the CO2 concentration around you and maybe you are able to predict and prevent a future headaches.
